Kevin Pang, Chicago Trib's dining reporter, has a delicious interview with Anthony Bourdain. I love Bourdain and his Travel Channel Show, "No Reservations." Bourdain is beyond cool. (Though I must admit I don't always agree with some of his personal views.)
